Join us for Staying Strong Theraband Exercises at 20 Snelgrove Drive in Valleywood on Thursdays from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. 3 dollars prepaid till the end of March or $4.00 drop in. Bring your own Theraband and water. Therabands are available to purchase for $16.00
