Heathy Ageing 101 is a free, virtual health education series open to all. Every month September through June, a new health topic related to healthy ageing is discussed. During the one hour session, attendees will hear from an expert speaker and have the opportunity to participate in a 15 minute question and answer session.

In Celebration of Pride Month, Healthy Ageing 101 is hosting the following session on June 21, 2021 from 12noon to 1pm EST;

Ageing with Pride: Understanding the unique needs and ways to support 2SLGBTQIA+ seniors.
Join Dr. Ashley Flanagan in a discussion around current health and wellness policies for 2SLGBTQIA+ Seniors.
