In partnership with the Caledon Public Library, Age-Friendly Caledon's Health and Wellness Ambassadors will be at the Albion Bolton Library Branch every week from March 1 until April 5 to answer your questions, have a friendly chat, or provide you with information and resources about wonderful activities happening in the community.
