Join us at an Age-Friendly Caledon Information Session to learn how we're building a community where older adults can live well and age in place.

May 8 | Humber River Centre | 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.

May 12 | Caledon East Community Complex | 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.  

The first hour features an educational presentation. The second offers a chance to connect with members from our Age-Friendly Advisory Committee, share your feedback, and enjoy light refreshments.
