Seniors Safety Session - Lunch & Learn with Dufferin Area Family Health Team (DAFHT) Join us during for an informative presentation focused on practical strategies to support safety, health and independence at home and in the community. The presentation will cover: Safe Medication Management – practical tips for organizing and managing medications safely. Sleep Tips and Tricks – strategies to support healthy sleep and improve overall well-being. Home Safety & Fall Prevention – simple ways to identify and reduce fall risks in and around the home. Following the presentation, Caledon Meals on Wheels (CMOW) will be providing all participants with a FREE seasonal lunch and an opportunity to learn more about their services.
