Come visit Lynden Cowan at the Alton Mill Arts Centre in Studio 201A. Lynden is an oil painter who's work is inspired by summers spent in Nova Scotia. Lynden's paintings are rendered using layers of thinly applied paint and small strokes to bring the subject matter to life. . Lynden is one of the many artists partaking in the Caledon Studio Tour scheduled on Saturday October 4th from 10 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and Sunday October 5th from 10 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

With 12 stops across the Town of Caledon and over 40 artists to see, this self-guided weekend-long tour gets you up close and personal with the artist process. Experience behind-the-scenes looks at tools, tricks and processes and take the opportunity to purchase one-of-a-kind works directly from the artist.
